Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all luxury packaging intact; our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label.
Package and Ship
Carefully pack the items in the original box and schedule a pickup or drop them off at the nearest authorized courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
